If you've been reading along, then you know I've been on the brink of doing some abstract art, but I have discovered something that I like better. Thanks to George Rodrigue & Romero Britto... It's called Pop art. I did this painting with acrylic today on a 24"x24" canvas. It is Jon and Me as bride & groom in Pop! It is now going on the mantle over the fire place. Despite what some people may think, it does require some ability to do a picture like this. If I couldn't do a realist style picture I don't think there would be anyway that I could do a picture like this & it turn out well.
